Padel groups often return to the same questions: who is playing, how recent matches ended and when the next game will happen. A private ranking connects those encounters and lets your group follow its activity on SportConnect.
Your group, your standings
Bring the people you play with into a shared space. Create a ranking, share its invitation and add participants. The standings then have a clear context: the matches played within that group.
Before the first game, agree on some simple rules: which matches count, who records results and how corrections will be handled. The platform organises information; shared expectations help everyone interpret it consistently.
Record the whole match
When adding a match, check the players in each pair and the score. Correct names matter as much as the result. If the flow requests confirmation or review, follow the match status until it can count towards the standings.
The history lets you return to recorded matches. If you spot an error, use the available management options to correct it. Recording a compensating match makes the history harder to understand.
What ELO tells you
An ELO rating changes with results and accounts for the rating difference between the pairs. It does not simply add a fixed amount for every win. It provides a reference within the ranking, based on the matches that group has recorded.
Read it alongside activity and matches played. A single number does not describe everything about a player's experience on court.
From rankings to your next lesson
The standings can give your group another reason to play. Situations that keep appearing in matches can also become useful topics to work on with a coach.
