Yes. For players it's completely free: searching, booking, contacting coaches, and registering for tournaments costs nothing extra — you only pay the price set by the club, coach, or organizer. Coaches also create their profile at no cost. Clubs with up to 2 courts use the platform free; larger clubs have affordable monthly plans with no contracts and no hidden fees.

SportConnect operates primarily in Paraguay, with strong coverage in Asunción and other cities. We're gradually expanding across Latin America. If you're outside Paraguay and want us in your city, get in touch.

SportConnect focuses on padel and tennis, the two most popular racket sports in the region. We cover courts, coaches, tournaments, and rankings for both.

Yes. We have native apps for iOS and Android, plus the web version (sportconnect.me) which works on any browser, phone or computer. Your account and bookings stay in sync across devices.

SportConnect is available in Spanish, English, and French. You can switch the language anytime from your profile menu.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified), so we never store your card number. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Create your account for free with email or Google in under a minute. A short onboarding asks for your sport, level, and city, and you're set — ready to search courts, coaches, or tournaments.

Search for a club by name, city, or proximity, browse available courts and time slots, pick the slot you want, and confirm. Partner clubs show real-time availability and confirm instantly; for other clubs you can send a booking request that the club replies to via our WhatsApp bot. Filters include sport, amenities, price, and indoor/outdoor.

Yes. For clubs not yet integrated with real-time booking, our WhatsApp bot handles the loop: you pick the slot in the app, we confirm with the club, and you get a chat notification once it's locked in.

On the search page, switch to "Coach" mode to see coaches near you. Each profile shows experience, languages, sports taught, session rate, reviews, and availability. Book the lesson directly and the coach confirms.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe in Paraguayan guaraníes (PYG). We accept all major credit and debit cards. The total — including taxes and fees — is shown before you confirm, no surprises.

Yes, you can cancel from the "My bookings" section in the app. The cancellation and refund policy is set by each club, coach, or organizer and is shown when you book. Cancel within the allowed window to be eligible for a refund.

If you cancel within the window allowed by the club or coach, the refund is issued back to the original card, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Payment processing fees may not be refundable. If you have an issue with a club or coach, contact us and we'll help mediate.

All your past and upcoming court bookings, lessons, and tournament entries are in your profile. View details, download the receipt, and rebook your favorite courts in one tap.

Yes. Each club and coach has verified ratings and reviews from players who actually booked. Check them before choosing, and leave your own after playing.

Go to the "Become a Coach" page to start your application. You'll fill out experience, certifications, sports you teach, languages, rates, and availability. Once approved, players find you in search and book lessons.

You get a dedicated calendar where you set availability by day and time, see upcoming lessons, and approve booking requests. You can link your profile to multiple clubs with separate schedules for each one.

You set your own rates in guaraníes and keep the majority of every lesson. No hidden fees, no surprise deductions. Payouts are processed via Stripe and transferred to your bank account on a recurring schedule.

Yes. During coach onboarding, you can enable "At-home coaching" so players can book you at their own club or court. Toggle it on or off anytime from your settings.

Yes. From your profile you can request to link with several clubs. Each club approves independently, and you set separate availability and rates per club. Players see which club a lesson is at when booking.

Your club is almost certainly already auto-listed on SportConnect (Listed tier — free). To claim it and unlock the management tools, contact us and we'll send a verified invite link. Our team supports you through the full setup.

Listed is the auto-imported listing — free, forever. Players discover you and we coordinate by WhatsApp. Partner ($50/month) is for clubs that claim their listing: Verified badge, real-time bookings, full management dashboard, player CRM. Exclusive Partner ($200/month) adds top placement in search, featured slot on the home page, advanced analytics, and a dedicated account exec.

Open your club's public page on SportConnect and tap "Not your club? Request removal" at the bottom. We resolve requests within 24 hours, no questions asked.

We run padel and tennis tournaments at partner clubs, with formats including Americano with rotating partners, Americano with fixed pairs, and standard knockout. Each tournament has categories by level and gender, a pool stage, and a final bracket — all live on the public page.

Open the tournament's public page, pick your category by level, and confirm. For doubles, you can register solo and pair up later, or invite your partner directly during registration. Payment, if any, is processed via Stripe.

During registration, search for your partner by name, username, or email and send the invite. They get a unique link: open it, accept, choose their level, done. If they don't have an account yet, they can create one from the same link. If you made a mistake, you can cancel the invite and resend.

Yes. Each tournament has a public page with pools, brackets, results, and standings — all updated live. Share the link and friends or family can follow your matches without an account.

It depends on the tournament. The organizer chooses whether it's free or paid, and whether the fee is per player or per category. The exact amount is shown before you confirm, processed via Stripe in guaraníes.

Rankings are private padel leagues for your group — friends, club regulars, tournament crew. Invite your players, log every match, and the leaderboard moves in real time using a team-ELO rating system. Leagues are invite-only, so they stay a closed community.

From the Rankings tab, tap "Create". Give it a name, a description, and an optional location. You become the league owner and can promote other members to admin.

Search players by name, username, or email and send the invite link via WhatsApp, iMessage, or anywhere else. Recipients can preview the league before accepting. Once they accept, they start at 1000 points. Members can leave at any time, and owners can remove anyone.

Doubles only: pick 4 players (pair A vs pair B), enter the final score, and optionally per-set scores. You can tag the club where you played and backdate matches you forgot to log. Typed the wrong score? Edit it. Match shouldn't count? Void it. The leaderboard recalculates automatically.

It's a team-ELO system. Every player starts at 1000. After each match we average each pair's ratings, compute pair A's expected win probability (Ea = 1 / (1 + 10^((Rb-Ra)/400))), and points moved are delta = round(K × (actual result − Ea)) with K = 32 by default. Favorite wins → small swing. Underdog wins → big swing. Owners can tune K to make their league more or less volatile.

It's a demo league that loads the first time you open Rankings. Log a sample match, watch the leaderboard move, and get the feel for the product in one tap. Nothing is saved on the server until you create your own league.
