Levels and how the game is played

Padel is played in doubles on a 10×20m enclosed court. Walls are part of the game, the serve is underhand, and points play out fast — most games last 60–90 minutes.

Beginner
Learning the serve, basic walls and positioning. SportConnect coaches teach intro classes weekly.
Intermediate (1–4)
Comfortable with rallies, walls and basic tactics. Most club leagues sit here.
Advanced (5–7)
Strong attacking and defensive game, regular tournament players.
Pro / 8+
Tournament-circuit players. Coaches and competitive matches available across major Asunción clubs.

Quick rules and gear

Bring grippy court shoes — the surface is similar to clay tennis but slightly grippier. Most clubs rent rackets and sell balls if you forget. The serve is always underhand, below waist height, diagonally to the receiver. Points play through walls; only the second bounce ends the rally.
